The Breakfree 400 door is a cold storage impactable door that offers the high insulation value of a 4″ thick (R-32) polyurethane door and the ability to break away upon impact.
This Breakfree 400 cooler door is designed to release the bottom section upon impact, either outward or inward, and to easily set the section right back into place. The 4″ thick expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulated knockout bottom section, in 30″ or 48″ heights, is made of an extremely resistant thermoplastic composite skin that can withstand heavy impacts.

The top and intermediate sections high quality galvanized steel skins are roll formed into an exclusive tongue-andgroove joint with a true thermal break and a double bubble-shaped weather
seal.
The bottom section is sealed on three sides (2 sides and top) by a double replaceable brush seal and at the bottom by an airtight double U rubber seal.
The door perimeter is sealed with triple lip, flexible PVC weather seal, retained in an extra-robust extruded aluminum retainer.
